In regular circumstances I totally get this. However I struggle when someone continually hurts you and especially if they hurt someone else that you love dearly. I try to distance myself, but sometimes it's impossible to completely avoid people.There are days lately when I feel a strong urge not to pray. I still pray, but why would I feel like I don't want to pray? Also is there a wrong way to pray? I learned to pray from a piece of paper based off the Lord’s Prayer.Dave seemed to say that God will change His mind when we pray. I don’t think we can change God’s mind. Questions:
I appreciate the Q&A videos walking us through some of the major differences between us and the Catholic Church. Very insightful. And most of the time the differences in Christianity is seen through the lens of “protestantism vs catholicism”, but there are so many different types/denominations of protestant churches. It would be very helpful to many people, including myself, if you could do a breakdown of the different denominations, what they believe and where they differ from each other, and also why Connections isn’t part of a denomination. I’m sure we have people who grew up in the Lutheran church, or Baptist Church, or Methodist Church, etc. and now are all merged together at Connections. It could be helpful to breakdown those barriers that a lot of denominations create.

Questions:
I know I should pray, but I feel like a hypocrite when I do. It makes me not want to pray. Anything I should do? Am I missing something?
Does talking to our dead loved ones violate the biblical standard of summoning the dead? I don't mean talking to them through mediums or psychics. I just mean plain conversation as if they can still hear us.
In Genesis 4:13 Cain is concerned about being killed by those that may find him. Who could he possibly be talking about? Isn't there only Adam, Eve and Cain alive on the planet? Where did Cain's wife come from?
