if life was easy, none of us would ever struggle. which also means, none of us would ever grow. to have a growth mindset means to use our setbacks as inspiration for our comebacks. it means to learn from our challenges and discover who we are as human beings.

gyms can be intimidating! especially gyms jam-packed with people who look like they have lifted their whole life. considering i can now confidently walk into my college gym that is usually filled to the brim with people (majority of them being men), i wanted to share some tips and tricks that helped me overcome my gym anxiety. 
we all have different attitudes we carry along with us throughout life, and they are what influence our behavior, performance, and success. how you choose to respond to a situation can quite literally affect whether or not you reach your goals. so, come chat with me about the importance of positive energy, even in the most negative situations.
social media is so prevalent in today's society. every day we open up our phones to thousands of new posts, likes comments, tiktoks...you get the idea. so do we every consider how it affects our mental health? do we consider how often we are comparing ourselves to others? social media can subconsciously mess with our minds on the daily and i think it needs to be talked about more. join me as i talk about the impact social media has had on me in the past, how i view it currently, and listen towards the end for some tips on how to escape from constant comparison online. 
college can be overwhelming. so here are some tips that have helped me succeed both inside and outside of the classroom!
