March 17th, 2018: Things are crazy in romancelandia this week (wait, when aren’t they?!). Racism, crossing boundaries, and publisher closing, oh my! I’m also talking about the books I read – Elizabeth Hoyt and Dria Andersen -- as well as what I'm reading this weekend (Susan Cliff, Talia Hibbert, and Jeaniene Frost). Come tell me about your week and what you’re reading at the moment!
Whatcha Reading (March 3rd, 2018) I’m sorry about the audio quality on this one; I’m not sure what happened after I finished exporting the file. One day I will know what the hell I’m doing. Today is not that day. *sigh* I start off with some good ol’ romancelandia WTFery, thanks to a romance that Lauren found where the heroine’s dog dies and comes back as a man, whom she then falls for. WHAT. (I still do not know, but PASS!) From there, I move into some more serious topics in romancelandia, mainly the Ripped Bodice’s 2017 diversity in publishing report, which is, uh, NOT GOOD, to say the least. Finally, I'm talking about books by Lia Riley, Elyse Springer, and Kelly Bowen, including quotes and sex scenes (OF COURSE!). As always, I wrap things up with my current read and audiobook (Naima Simone and Eloisa James, respectively). Have a great weekend everyone and happy reading!
Whatcha Reading (February 24th, 2018) The podcast is baaaaaack! I talk a bit about why I was gone for so long, and what the podcast's future looks like, before getting right into the book discussions for the week. (I skipped doing anything romance Twitter related and didn't get a chance to record the blog recap.) I'm talking about books by Ilona Andrews, Lisa Kleypas, Katee Robert, and Penny Reid. As always, I wrap things up with my current read and audiobook (Lia Riley and Kelly Bowen, respectively).
Orange-Glazed Muffins and Gilmores. Romance novels are not junk food (same sh*t, different day). I share a recap of recent posts on the blog. I also talk about books from Bec McMaster and Roni Loren.

2017 Favorites: Why so white and cishet? I also talk at length about some of my reading/blogging resolutions for 2018, and ask for yours (and some book recs!) as well. Then I share a recap of recent posts on the blog. I also talk about books from Donna Grant, Rebekah Weatherspoon, and Talia Hibbert.

Misogyny in romance (M/F and M/M), diverse/inclusive writing, lack of diverse cover options, and everyone's catnip: "This had too much sex, ew!". Plus I share a recap of recent posts on the blog. I also talk about books from Kendall Ryan (rant), Alyssa Cole, and Sherry Thomas.
Problematic as promised, cover snark, and vocal-blogger-don't care. Plus a recap of recent posts on the blog. I also talk about books from Megan Erickson, Bec McMaster, Sophie Jordan, and Anna Zabo.

Everyone deserves a HEA, calling out some reviews, that's-not-a-romance-cover, and recent posts on the blog. I also talk about books from Ilona Andrews, Nalini Singh, and Santino Hassell (and a DNF from Alison Bliss).
Read more books from AOC, sex WTFery on horses, and recent posts on the blog. I also talk about books from Molly O'Keefe, Madeline Hunter, and a ten-author anthology.
