this is a great story. but as usual only white people can be racist LMAO
who the fuck it's "they". either male or female. fucking dumb. sounds like it could be a good story but that is fucking annoying
I have a hard time following audio books or first person narrating, is that how the entire show is? I had to re listen to episode 1 like 3x because I found myself zoning out but ill give it another go if this is just the beginning?
Great series. For newcomers, season 2 is no longer behind a paywall, so no worries if that's a dealbreaker for you.
I think I'll be giving this podcast a miss. Sounded like a good story but this first episode was awful.

This is brilliant. Now on season two and I'm addicted. I look forward to an excuse to go for a walk so I can listen and immerse myself in the story.
This is the second time in the last week that I have come across a podcast that wants payment for anything past the first season. Then they want you to support them on Patreon or whatever. I already pay for a podcast manager. I don't have to pay for every single season of a tv show, and I'm not paying for this. If I had to pay for every single season, of every single postcat I listened to... I mean, really. Everything in life these days, is an extra charge. No wonder everyone is broke.
How come pod cast writers love to lead the lesbian as the most powerful person in the story.

I think the plot and story idea were good but the execution wasnt great. more like a audiobook than an audio drama. couldn't finish the first season, the readers were hard to listen to after a couple episodes. was hopeful but couldn't make it another episode.
this podcast is amazing. another underrated gem .... edit: i just realized you have to pay for season 2. what a shame since its a good story, but i listen to podcasts because they are free. stopping at episode 6.

unta's story choked me up. When her kids were meeting their end? Reminds me of Clan of the Cave bear.
just to point out to newcomers that it doesn't constantly buffer for everyone.. it plays fine for me.. also after getting to the second episode I decided to stop as apparently season 2 comes at a price.. shame really it seemed a good listen.
This audiobook is awesome. 9/10. Though it works for sh*t on Castbox. Had to listen to it on Spotify. If you are fearing that it develops into some teenage drama, rest assured.
listening suggestion: download first, as others have said it seems to pauses to buffer way too much, for me it was every minute or two. Their podcast file hosting server has issues.
