Thank-you for the info. If what your saying is true then after 50 years of migraines (chronic in the last 10 yrs) I will be vulnerable to rebound headaches forever due to the amount of medication I've taken over 50+ yrs. After quitting gluten for 2 weeks (tried twice) and ended up in hospital both times with unmanageable pain. Healthy diet ( mostly plant based with grass-fed beef and wild salmon and very little fruit as most are triggers), yoga, walking, light weights, meditation, acupuncture and I still have severe migraines. I hate meds and tried several times to "suffer through" and ended up in hospital. I have not given up and the thought of going through that kind of pain again terrifies me so I keep trying and doing and researching... When I hear info such as yours on rebound headaches I lose hope and want to say f--- it cuz I'm hooped after this long.
