Ten years after his first appearance on Medic2Medic on August 28, 2016, Jeff Dill returns to the podcast. Jeff is a retired Fire Captain, counselor, and founder of the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance. Since 2010, he has dedicated his work to improving behavioral health awareness and suicide prevention for firefighters, EMS professionals, dispatchers, and their families.In this episode, Steve and Jeff look back at what has and hasn't changed over the past decade.
