Clarity always comes, but even without it,  following your heart always gets you to where you want to go. In this episode I'm sharing the insights and experiences from my podcasting and re-branding journey over the last couple of years, and take a look at the type of human being we all want to show up as: the explorer.
In our final interview for Mental Health Awareness Month, Qi-Gong Instructor and Sound Therapy Practitioner Venus Sabay joins us to talk about how Qi-Gong helped her feel less stressed, set better boundaries, detach from drama, and more. And before wrapping up, Venus takes us through a guided meditation to support and help clear and revitalize these organs (it's a good one, I loved it!)Press play and join us!DISCLAIMER: Any information you hear in this episode or on this podcast is NOT medical advice, and you should not take it as such. It's amazing the stories those around us have without us even knowing. In today's episode, Mental Health Awareness Month continues and my dear friend and Joy Enthusiast Podcast co-host, Sarah Palmer Prindable, joins me to share her story with depression, addiction, and an eating disorder, an experience that spanned over a few years, wrapping up just before we had met. I knew Sarah had had some of her own struggles in life, but the depth and span of this story was unexpected, and I think is a true testament to how far past these things we can go -- and really it gets even better as Sarah would certainly tell you. It's a heartwarming pleasure to be able to share this story with you, and I'm very excited to say: press play, and let's dive in!DISCLAIMER: Any information you hear in this episode or on this podcast is NOT medical advice, and you should not take it as such. You have a gift, a light, a magnificence inside of you that can literally transform your world and the world of others. Sometimes, it lays beneath fears, guilt, judgements, limitations, and doubt that we can place on ourselves.  Sometimes the expectations of what we can do are too small and we just don’t allow for who and what we truly are to shine through with all the magic and glory of love and life itself -- and sure that last statement might feel too big or too woo-woo, but if it does this episode is certainly for you, too. Because you are just that magnificent, and it’s time to experience it.  This week, I’m sharing a simple intention I’ve been using over the last couple of weeks, inspired by an exercise from our last Psychic Development workshop, to continue to discover, embrace, and emanate my own magnificence within, and how you can use it to do the same, alongside some of the outcomes I’ve experienced thus far. Press play, and let’s dive in!

Excited to dive in together on this one!
