This episode is a conversation I had with a new friend, Olivia Osol, talking about the Intimacy Directing workshop we attended back on 10-13-19. This workshop was for directors, actors, and stage managers to learn about directing/coordinating intimate scenes on film, TV, and on stage. I felt like these were concepts that could just as well be used by anyone outside of entertainment too. So, instead of just talking about it myself, I asked Olivia to come onto the podcast so we could have a conversation about what we learned and how this would help in the real world as well. You can find Olivia's podcast "I Stream, You Stream" on iTunes

Jaeleen Bennis, the creator of Bondassage®, which is an exploration of the senses comprised of light bondage, sensory deprivation, sensual massage and sensation play is our guest this week. “I thought that BDSM people who wanted more erotic touch were going to be the clientele…Not at all, the clients who come to us are mainly people who had done tantra or sensual massage, that kind of want to dip their toes into the kinky waters, but don’t want to go to a dominatrix because it’s too scary and it’s going to hurt.”
My guest, Ashley Manta, has become a sought-after authority on mindfully combining sex and cannabis as part of her CannaSexual® brand. As a professional sex and relationship coach, she helps people navigate these topics to make sure they are interacting, loving, and feeling their best in and out of the bedroom. We discuss surviving sexual trauma; how she used to be anti-cannabis; her work as rape crisis counselor and domestic violence crisis counselor; her “aha moment” using a cannabis arousal lube and so much more.

I met Genoa at her booth at the SexExpo in NY in September of 2018 and as soon as I saw her product, I stopped to ask about it and invited her to come on to the podcast and tell everyone about it. This conversation came from me being asked to give my thoughts about Hefner after he died and I wound up learning about Beate, the woman Luftwaffe pilot who built Europe's largest sex shop empire and embodied Germany's post-war economic miracle. This is a fascinating story. Take a listen.
