Discussing emotional health awareness, and life. I’m a person, husband, father, artist, friend, and I share my life with bi polar as well. Over half of my life I have been diagnosed and treated for bi polar, and really became aware of my true self and why life is a curious and fascinating experience. Here I and at times my wife Mandi , and friend Fred will weigh in on interesting topics such as Folklore, Cryptozoology, Parenting, Spirituality, Relationships, Video Games, Music, Art, Film etc etc. I’d like to welcome all topics to be objectively viewed and agreeable or agree to disagree.
