Two questions: 1. Who am I doing this for and 2. Why am I doing this? We need to understand what our purposes for what we do. Because it is a reflection of who we are. And who are we? We need to live within alignment of our life purpose. Which is being in alignment with who we are, being in alignment with our soul’s purpose. This may be very different from what we know ourselves to be and what we do in the physical world because the soul’s purpose is from the spiritual (different from religion) world. So if you know what you do, like if you are a teacher for example. You may be a teacher and use your skills or go beyond being a teacher if you follow your soul’s purpose. We need to be unapologetically us and live life with vacation eyes and just be ourselves, be authentic, just be. We need to live life as who we were meant to be, be confident, and embrace our unique gifts. But we need to discover who we are first. And that is the transformational journey that we all need to go through. We need to get beyond the ego, because the ego is just a false sense of identity. We need to get beyond the labels that we put on things, and understand where we are so that we know where we need to go. In order for us to do that we need to detach from our ego self and really, just be. Just be you, the unique you. We, just need to be, all of us. It’s a beautiful space of love, light, peace, joy... things that we talked about, feelings we have felt. In these moments we are living from our soul, the spiritual side, and we are present. Living in the present is the most beautiful gift 🎁 , when we just let life flow. And we are just ourselves. . . There is so much to say about health and our well-being. It does not stop at exercise, or our meditation. It is an alignment of body mind spirit soul. We need to be very mindful of the reasons why we are doing the things that we do, so that we can live a purposeful life. I go into depth about my journey and how unique beings we are and how we can be illuminaries of the world by our experience and embracing our challenges and learning to overcome them. My running 🏃‍♀️ journey has truly taken my breath away!! But looking up an article, I see there’s so much to training and we need to be patient & keep pushing ourselves to get where we want to be. This article helped me understand that I’m not limited by the lack of air in my lungs & there are ways new runners are able to overcome this uncomfortable challenge.
