Extremely short episode just announcing that we will be back in January.
Today is Stephanie interviews Chris about his fitness strategy, and about how it’s applicable to everyone.
Stephenie talks about her health transformation.
Today’s episode makes almost no sense, but I think you’ll find it will put you in a good mood and it is in our opinion one of the best episodes.
In this episode, Stephanie interviews Chris about his new book “Help! My Diet Sucks.”
What happens when you get in a fitness funk? You don’t want to exercise. Your body needs a break. Today we get real.
Happy Thanksgiving! This episode is about being grateful, realizing that it’s a choice. Being responsible for your own story.

It’s important to stay consistent in your fitness goals. Consistency is the most important thing about high fitness achievers.
Stephenie and Chris introduce themselves and talk about how they started on the path of health.

In this episode I talk about the best and most optimized way to approach your resistance training workout. Instead of breaking up the body parts, it’s more beneficial to have a very active full body workout, and then follow it with a rest and recovery day.
Today, more brainstorming for the book. Using micro victories to build momentum toward reaching your health and fitness goals.
We got all kinds of great ideas out of our heads and onto the whiteboard today. Stephenie and I (Chris) are working on a nutrition book that tackles the real issue: lack of desire to make a change, and momentum going the wrong direction.
We learn best when we take something new and apply it to something that we already know. Today I had an insight about a skill that I want to develop, being able to initiate a conversation with somebody that I don’t know. And I liken that skill to something that I already do know, so that I can get better at my new skill.
After a night of little sleep, I woke up feeling sluggish and a bit brain dead. After having this revelation, that all changed. This deeper purpose came from somewhere out of me, yet something deep within me. I hope you enjoy this episode.
Welcome! In this episode I read the first draft of the introduction to my new book about nutrition. Give it a quick listen and let me know what you think.
Most fitness goals are structured around how much muscle you want to build or how much body fat you want to lose. Sometimes it might be a cardiovascular goal, like how many calories you want to burn or how much weight you want to lose. But how “safe“ is your fitness goal?
It’s been almost a year since I’ve posted an episode. Wow! Time flies when you’re super busy and going through big transitions. Sold our house, just moved into a new place a few weeks ago. Expecting baby number FOUR in a few months! Super excited for that!
It's so important to have a goal, specifically fitness goal.
I believe that having a fitness goal not only helps you get fit, but it also teaches you the mechanics of how to set and achieve a goal.
I hope you enjoy this episode.
