We got all kinds of great ideas out of our heads and onto the whiteboard today. Stephenie and I (Chris) are working on a nutrition book that tackles the real issue: lack of desire to make a change, and momentum going the wrong direction.
We learn best when we take something new and apply it to something that we already know. After a night of little sleep, I woke up feeling sluggish and a bit brain dead. After having this revelation, that all changed. This deeper purpose came from somewhere out of me, yet something deep within me. I hope you enjoy this episode.
Welcome! In this episode I read the first draft of the introduction to my new book about nutrition. Give it a quick listen and let me know what you think.
