I liled this podcast, but I didn’t love it like I did U&V. It seemed a bit messy, and I dom’t Feel Like I really Got to know The people involved, say perhaps besides Wayne Williams. I didn’t get The same connection to either The Victims or The people helping telling The story. I was Not really a fan of The soundtrack either, it sounded very familliar to Stranger Things. Besides this, I still enjoyed it!

Never reviewed a podcast before but just had to for this... fantastic podcast. Gripped from episode one, difficult to write anything without spoiling anything for any new listeners, but I can say that this doesn't leave you thinking why a certain approach/ line of questioning wasnt taken. little side note, the production values shine through, loved the music as this helped set the scene for the time period.

I was alive during this terrible time and wish there could be closure for those many families. My heart goes out to them. Great job on the podcast.

Very interesting case, but a little disappointed. I so thoroughly enjoyed Payne in his last podcast and this one just seemed kinda thrown together. A lot of pertinent details seemed to be glossed over or not covered at all. there's a lot of forensic evidence that was never mentioned.

Interesting subject matter, but execution and organization were all over the map. I'm still longing for a better sense of who the adult victims Wayne was actually convicted of killing were. Whether or not he committed that crime felt like it was of little consequence to the story of this series, which is a shame and a bit unfortunate given the fact that this is literally why he is in jail.

Okay payne . I remember hearing in the beginning of the podcast where they busted Wayne on the bridge .that's when they took him in and they interrogated him and they didn't get none of the evidence out of the car . so if Wayne had the clipboard that supposedly had all the information on it, in the car where did all that stuff end up? in that storage Locker? what I'm trying to get at is Wayne probably did write that phone number down and it's been so many years that it's probably hard to remember exactly what happened .i can see at some point wayne have to write that number down to hand it to the police so that they could try to call Cheryl Johnson because they didn't have that clipboard they didn't have none of the evidence because they let him go . I remember the police saying that they did not want to push it that night with the interrogation. it's been so many years and when you have a bad memory you can make it look like you're lying when you're just trying to keep your story straight but besides the fact that he's old ... lol . I really do think that he probably did write that Cheryl Johnson phone number down that way the police police could try to call her I don't know how you guys are not remember none of this y'all did the podcast

What can I say about the Loose Ends episode, but WOW!!!! Well done Payne. I really enjoyed how you low key gave us the answers all thru the season, then did the big reveal at the end... All podcasts should be this well done. My hat is off to you sir, and your team. looking forward to what's next. I wish u the best in all your future endeavors.

I remember Safe Summer '81. I was 10. We had a curfew in the city and police watching over public events like youth football games, etc. And I lived in a "good" black neighborhood. SMH
