Love, Love, LOVE this podcast. I listen to it twice a day. I listen to new episodes on my walk during my lunch hour and review older episodes each evening before going to sleep. Have not been able to find anything else like it. Love you Amanda!

great tips! thank you. I wanted to ask you if you know of any recipe books that have good tasting, easy meal ideas. I lost 50 lbs. and am in maintenance mode but struggle with meal ideas.
