In the weeks prior to the release of this episode, Jason's wife was terminated from Lululemon, a former brand partner of this podcast and a company that Will served as a Brand Ambassador for before recently submitting his resignation. The circumstances surrounding that event have since gained quite a bit of public attention and has been covered by several media outlets, both local and national in scope. Dr. Julie Brooks Sterling, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS joins the show to talk all things in the world of Physical Therapy!  Julie is highly skilled in the areas of orthopedics and sports medicine. She has advanced training in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, dry needling, SFMA Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Golf Screenings. In addition to many years of experience as a treating clinician, Julie has had personal experience in Physical Therapy as a student athlete having several injuries requiring surgery during her collegiate career.
