In this episode I talk through some of the things I have been considering as of late. I think it is important to recognise how the business dealings we have had in the past may be positively or adversely affecting the way we negotiate business dealings in the present and the future. If our nature is to seek stability and safety, when burned don’t we also seek opportunities to slow down, hide from the world and protect ourselves from even worse possibilities? In this episode, I go through a couple of things that have helped me avoid imposter syndrome and burnout over the past few years.

I’m talking about how you can retain your team members and volunteers for longer.
