Nonetheless, if you choose to monetize the data you've independently generated, you retain the freedom to do so.
The media has come to be a major influence on how many of us form our opinions, think, and act. It broadcasts a range of opinions, factual information, and entertainment content. We’re exposed to the media through television, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, and even through friends and relatives. The media shapes our ideas and values, both consciously and subconsciously. It can shape the way we think about a certain issue or even how we vote. In some cases, the media can be a powerful influence on how we think and behave, and can lead to changes in society.
Discover your Internal Metric.  I personally struggled with this for a long time in my early stages of sales & entrepreneurship more than 20 yrs ago before I realized if I want to charge $0, $X,XXX, $XX,XXX.XX, $XXX,XXX or $X,XXX,XXX.XX it is what I determine to be of value. Not what someone wants to negotiate or change to benefit them. I had to figure out what my life's journey was and made it happen. I now understand my value isn't what others people perceive it to be although I am the business owner / advisor but what I perceive my internal metric to be.  My point while people may be interviewing you - You are interviewing them as well to ensure your goals align with their goals. It has to be a Win / Win for both parties.  How have you established your value in the past?  Do you allow others to determine your value?  What and how much are you willing to give of yourself before you say yes or no?  Listen in on how TD Wells helps anyone determine their value. Many times companies place a value on our prior actions not our knowledge before hiring.  So don't talk about your knowledge show the proof. Proof is always real life and believable. It also Must be verifiable. After being hired to coach, mentor, work etc etc it is then placed on our current actions. Understand a specific position in any company has already figured how much they want that position to earn so don't fool yourself into thinking it's going to be life changing income or that your input will actually mean something.  Believe me you are not going to change the mind of any owner of a business. Welcome back to Success in 12 Week Program. Week 12, the final month, and this is a topic that we all love and we all get value from this. But it's very important that I remind you of this, because it's easy to forget to do it, and that's giving back.  Let me ask?  Did you know that one of the most powerful things you can do to ensure and speed your success is to give back, to give of yourself?... When you give to other people, when you help without expectation of anything not being taken advantage of, you create a certain dynamic in your mind. It's almost like subconsciously you're telling yourself that you're powerful, that in addition to everything you're working on and all these goals you have and this huge to-do list that you have in your life, you still have the energy and capacity and wherewithal and the heart to help other people in need.

Listen in and welcome back to our Success in 12 week program. As we enter week 7. You're past the halfway point now in the second half, and we're going to be talking this week about how you ask for things, your ability to ask for what you want out of a needed situation or when you need help.
Developing effective communication and listening skills will make you rich. So why don’t most people do it? FEAR!
Some A+ (Prime) lenders see consumers with scores in the Fair range as having unfavorable credit, and may decline the application. That usually just depends on your credit score. Are they taking anything else into consideration. Probably not to be honest. Their requirements are very specific and they won't bend those rules. The main reason is because they sometimes have to answer to investors or board of trustees that are many times reviewing the credit criteria or more than likely have come up with the terms of credit they are willing to offer funding to. Yes. You need to be squeaky clean for them to take you on. On the other end of the spectrum there are sub-prime lenders that will take you on. It might not be because you have a low credit score. It is likely that they have reviewed your credit profile and noticed you have no late payments just that your credit utilization is too high and offer you a lower amount but still fund the deal however, with a higher interest rate even though you don't have any derogatory items on the report.  Here's my solution: I put together an ebook that allows you to DIY (Do it yourself) because in the case mentioned above you don't need credit repair just a little consultation. With the DIY (Do it yourself) you will get dispute letters and a real understanding of how credit reporting works but most importantly how to fix your credit profile from having fair to excellent. A lot of people often worry about certain traits that they lack, and you may even obsess over them. When you listen to this podcast you will have a better understanding and also implement this into your life. I realize no matter what I am speaking about it will require personal development. If am talking about improving your life. It will require learning. If I am talking about building wealth with credit not everyone is a believer and it requires personal development. These are the very reasons I continually post things about personal development because that is where it begins. Listen up!!!
This podcast is designed to get anyone to take action on whatever it is they are attempting to achieve in 2021. Most of us are Stuck being feed a salary because it feels like a reward trading our time for money for someone else. I do realize that working for others will give us access and blueprint on how to be successful. It also allows us to see the challenges that we could have never seen coming if we launched on our own potentially... But does it really? Maybe it gives us the opportunity to develop a specific skill on someone else's dime right?  I know for me having worked in the auto industry as an employee and owning a small independent dealership it gave me perspective on both ends. At the end of the day no one else's business will pay you the same income they could will earn or potentially earn. So if we are to make mistakes it might as well as be on your own. Get out there and make things happen. I promise success won't fall in your lap. And if you are a top 10% earner of the country in the auto industry earning six figures plus you probably stuck working 15 hour days possibly 7 days per week. Not saying that's a bad thing. But at that point it's time to get an ownership stake in the company.  Believe me. I understand. I respect your hustle and grind. I also respect the auto industry. At what point do you stack your cash and say enough is enough and go get your own and build a multiple 7 figure+++ net income?  Listen up!!! 
Welcome back to our Success in 12 week program. The topic of week 5 is Facing Fear. Understand you won't be able to necessarily remove fear, but how to face them and move through it so that you can start doing the things you want to do and achieving the things you really want in your life, no longer being held back.  The good news is, any of us can face fears, and the quickest way to do it is to face it directly. By repeatedly facing our fears head on, you can manage the until they cease to exist or at least they're so small that it doesn't impact you. This is the episode that will help you face fear and deal with it.
