As a leader things stack up as a pyramid but as it hurts and you feel like you're going to topple over, remember a pyramid is made out of triangles. Triangles are the strongest of ALL of the signs! Lets stay strong ...together.

Work-Life balance is so important. I know I can do better with it. The question I ask every day is: if this were your last day on Earth, would you die in joy or feel destroyed ???
