Howdy!  I've got some passion flowing in this one folks- let's call it a structured rant! Today some of our countries brightest and bravest physicians were hosted by Senator Johnson for a discussion on U.S. COVID-19 response, and much of what I was writing about in my 2013 book, Whole Pharmacy, in Chapter 4, pg. 33 The Extension of Sick Care- is the same crap that is going on today...but worse. Why worse? More lives are paying the ultimate price- their health and their freedom. In my book I talk about publication bias...drug companies cherry picking on the positive studies and burying the negative studies...we are seeing it with CV Vax In my book I talk about Vioxx- burying data that lead to tens of thousands of heart disease...we are seeing it with CV Vax In my book I talk about agencies recommending Tamiflu while data from phase III trials were never released- EVEN 10 YEARS AFTER APPROVAL`... we are seeing it with the CV Vax Tune in folks! Yours in health and freedom, Rob
Hey Folks! For both patients and practitioners, autoimmune disease is the real deal. From Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, hashimotos, and the rest, it seems we keep seeing and hearing more and more.   From a functional point of view, we always look at the foundational elements; diet, gut heath, adrenals, hormonal balance, stress management, nutritional relevancy, nutraceutical supplementation and more. And...with every disease we must recognize that there is often if not always, an emotional element involved.  I look to some of my teachers such as Dr John Sarno, Caroline Myss in this podcast, some of the great psychotherapists of the past such as Alexander, while recognizing the power of lack of loving self, and the works of modern-day motivational coaches such as Mel Robbins (High Five Habit) I also touch upon.  Tune on in as I share with you how Dr Kay Corpus MD and I approach this BEYOND FUNCTIONAL APPROACH, from the foundation, what the labs say, and what could be really going on with the patient, which often just takes a little bit of listening.
Honestly, I don't know why I buried this book for so long. Shortly after publishing it, I took it down off of Amazon, sold the copies I had in print...and moved on. Click here to claim your copy Until Now These times are clamoring for this book- I pulled it out of the closet last night, dusted it off, and realized...THIS IS AMAZING, and NEEDED! So, I will be creating an updated version, speaking to you from what else we know in 2022- and for now, am offering the PDF of this book for only $5... (which you will then also get the updated e-version for FREE- and a bunch of cool webinars I am putting together) Tune on in to this podcast to discover: Simple steps to reclaiming, gaining, and maintaining your health and vitality The hidden truths about medications and vaccinations that most doctors and pharmacists wont tell you Alternatives and complements to the "modern day diseases" that are destroying your health and stealing your wealth Achieving your ultimate health through lifestyle, natural and mind body medicine ...and a lot more "Liberty is to the collective body, what health is to every individual body. Without health no pleasure can be tasted by man; without liberty, no happiness can be enjoyed by society"- Thomas Jefferson Folks, I believe that in medicine we can choose to reside at the intersection of humanities and science, and there is a bright future ahead for the health, wellness and wealth of our society- but simple shifts in perception and action leading to major change must occur. Our dominant western medical system itself has grown to reside at the intersection of lack of morals and sciences, and has gotten there on the backs of greed, manipulation and strong armed tactics. Claim Your Copy We must decide which intersection to step off from, and which road to travel. Utilizing the great advances of modern day science combined with age old traditions of healing, for the benefit of our nations health and economies. This will require recognizing the reality where the medical system is now, how it got here, and demanding a change from ourselves, patients, health care practitioners, industries and policy makers. Thoughts on Cancer

2018-10-2927:16

Cancer, the big C...quite a devastating disease state to go through, for the patient, friends, family...everyone involved. On this episode I wanted to share an experience on cancer...still in the process, although highlight different ways to look at it, think about it, and act on it. How the conventional allopathic model is surely lacking, and how even going the route of chemo and radiation, through complementary therapies ones chances of survival can increase, along with their quality of life.
One of the reasons people allow themselves to get sick, and for that matter, not meet goals in life, is due to self sabotage. So pull up a chair, let's take a few minutes to chat about how and why people self sabotage their health.
I am going a bit of course here, although, tune on in, I really think you will dig this podcast as I go into a, I guess you can say, eclectic mix of personal stuff to make you healthier, and for darn sure...a better person to be around (that includes being around yourself :) )
As I mentioned in an Instagram post @rootpharmacist , I love coffee, and it is vice which I cannot imagine I will ever give up. There seems to be misconceptions of whether coffee is good or bad for you, and here, I will share with you all the benefits to enjoying your favorite cup of java.
October is breast cancer prevention month. Did you know there are a lot of lifestyle strategies that we can do to help prevent breast cancer. In this episode I share four of my favorite strategies

OK...to make this clear, I am not for or against...I am for the freedom of choice while making health lifestyle choices in any case... That being said, I think it is important to ask the right questions to decide if a flu shot, any other vaccination, medications, etc is right for you. Join Robert for a step into one of the most polarizing topics in medicine, the flu shot. Enjoy
Too many people are suffering from a lack of self care- they are ignoring the fact that they need to care for themselves- often avoiding to care for others first, and neglecting their own needs. Or, for whatever reason, they might be allowing the saboteur to arise, succumb to negative and redirecting emotions such as fear, jealousy, or resentment. Tune in to learn what the cost of lack of self care are to you- see if anything lines up, find out how to create more space in your heart and mind, with the self care prescription.
In the last episode we addressed how and why we are not winning the war on heart disease- by using a cholesterol only approach. In this episode I wanted to share with you optimal testing and assessing options along with some natural supplement options for those who would like an alternative to statin therapy to share with their doctors. Enjoy
Have you ever wondered why we are not wining the war on heart disease, even though our nation does the most cholesterol testing and dispensing the most statin drugs? Why upwards of 75% of people admitted to the hospital for a heart attack, have normal cholesterol levels? Or, why would a pharmaceutical company receive a patent for a combination of a statin drug and coenzyme Q10 (critical nutrient which statin drugs deplete)? Tune in on this two part series- going beyond cholesterol- a healthier look at heart health
There can be a fine line between whats needed out of cortisol for optimal physical performance, and the negative effect chronic elevated or suppressed adrenal and cortisol activity can have on your body. Tune in to find out why it is important to recognize the management of cortisol levels and adrenal health with exercise.
Let’s talk about cultivating a positive mental and emotional landscape. ——- Part of my memorial day celebration has been some landscaping, which i came to realize is an external analogy of the work we have to do within. And, I just recorded a podcast on this topic, so for more, click the bio link. ———- But check it out...some of the analogies between your inner world and your outer health and wellness. 🌿you have to do the work to keep your mental and emotional landscape healthy 🌿chemicals lead to sick soil 🌿recognize some things are only bandaids, and weed blockers, you need to dig deeper to heal the wounds 🌿your subconscious can hide ugly incidences behind beautiful “plants” 🌿the closer you look, the more “weeds” you will see 🌿weeds and emotional hurts can disguise themselves as plants.
Sprinting is one of my favorite exercises...delivers results, feels great, and it aligns us with our primal "designed for health" genes. Although there are some nuances to doing it right!
