I think its safe to say that we all like a drink or two. For me, one of the first places I visited when coming to Sweden was the Malmö Brewing Co so today's episode with Master Brewer Thomas Fransson is very special to me.
We spent time discussing the inspiration and the origins of this successful Malmö startup, especially in such a tightly monitored industry here in Sweden.
If you would like to contact the Malmö Brewing Co you can do so at www.malmobrewing.com/ or if you would like to visit them you can head down to the Taproom at Bergsgatan 33, 214 22 Malmö or to book a table please call 0733 921966.
Thomas loves to document the companies progression and you can see a range of new beers and the process behind it at Facebook https://www.facebook.com/malmobrewing/ and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/malmobrewing/ and here at their Youtube page https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2FGOvmUF_0T5WBef8BJtUQ
