I had a moving and vivid dream of holding hands with a lady I didn’t know a couple days ago. It was like no other dream I can remember. Today , it’s been 30 days of no human touch for me. And I’m sure thousands of other people living alone. It a result of me and the rest of the country trying to slow the spread of the covid19 virus.
Fears and self definition are pulled up or arise again and again as we try to overcome them. How long does this cycle have to repeat?
I decided to do an experiment for 30 days using a meditation out in the morning for 10 minutes. I I never have really meditated just some visualization and other small exercises. It’s time to see what the hoopla is about. This was using Sam Harris is waking up app.
There will be a last time for everything in life. Someday, that day will be the last sunrise and sunset. What shifts can be made to live more fully.
Is art really worth what some people pay for it? Isn’t the art world a bit bonkers? What’s really behind the scenes. How does an artist value his work and set a price for selling?
