According to the recent 2022 Global Talent Trends report from LinkedIn, companies are responding to the new way employees want to work: 👉 Increased flexibility. 👉 Focus on well-being. The increase in the amount of times these words appear in company posts is incredible. Let’s hope the reality is the same. If these aren’t met, people are voting with their feet...Let the rethinking begin. Lewis Maleh shares his views.

Employers in New York City will have to include the minimum and maximum starting salary for any advertised job, promotion or transfer opportunity. (Under a new law passed by the New York City Council which will go into effect in April 2022, if not vetoed.) This will be a game changer on many levels for both job seekers and employers.
