Lot's of things to come and things to talk about. :) Enjoy. Over the years, Todd Baratz's sexual journey has led him to a career as an empowered relationship and sex therapist. Through his own life experiences, Todd seeks to help empower others with the tools to lead an empowered sex life by letting go of our sexual fears, experiencing self-exploration, understanding sexual culture and so much more. The journey to sexual wellness can be a difficult one but if you have the right people and tools, you’ll definitely have the chance to improve it. We also discuss: How his own sexual journey led him to this line of work. Balancing mental health medication and sexuality. Identifying and deconstructing common sexual fears that people have. Understanding our view of sexual culture. Todd shares how he leads clients to become sexually empowered. How and why you need to let go of your sexual fears. Learning more about sexuality terms. I don’t know how or I would (with permission of course), but I’m dying to turn your guided affirmations bonus episode into a nighttime meditation track! Laying in bed ready for sleep is the perfect time for your mind to take these affirmations and plant them as truth into your subconscious (and I want to make sure every word you said is in mine!) Please, please! Throw some binaural beats and low Hz frequencies type vibe shit in the background! ❤️ Loved it.

Obesity (yes it exists) can cause a range of health problems, even death. There is a reason doctors tell us to lose weight if our health is compromised by how much fat we have on our bodies! I wanted to like this podcast, but I'm unsubscribing.
