Happy Friday Brew Crew! We hope you didn't forget about us, its been a whirlwind of craziness lately and lets just say we are happy to be back 7 months later. That being said we are ready to get down to business So lets get started! This week we drink Elysian Brewing's summer time pale Salute the Sun.  This beer is made with Black limes and damn is it delicious! It was hard to put down but when we do we also get into Russian River Brewing's famous Pliny the Elder.  A super popular IPA and today we see if it lives up to the hype!  If you are drinking with us we would love to hear your thoughts on these brews!  Today we discuss Bob Lazar and his new Netflix documentary Area 51 and Flying Saucers.  We also discuss The Great Hack, a very interesting Documentary about your personal data and how it is used.   We also discuss how technology is advancing and the future of humanity! Hello Brew Crew!  Welcome back to your favorite podcast, the Here's to Brewcast! Let's get down to it! This week we drink some No-Li Amber, this amber is 5% ABV, 10 IBU's and is No-li good. Our 2nd beer is Kitten Mittens from Kulshan Brewing Company.  A winter warmer with notes of chocolate, dates and figs. This beer has a 10% ABV and 35 IBU's. Lastly we try out American Brewing Companie's Oatmeal Stout. This stout is sitting at 6.2% ABV with 30 IBU's.   A pretty great lineup for the month of December.  Today the guys talk about music on their workout playlist, go over their favorite Christmas movies and we talk about the Shuffleboard Challenge. Welcome back brew crew, after a week off we are back and ready to please your ears. That's right, today we do a little Beer Tech Review of the Brümate Hopsulator. We also discuss some upcoming beer tech that we plan to review in the future. Ever wonder what the top 25 cartoon babes are? Well today we break it down for you and discuss. If you're drinking along with us, the first beer we drink is called It's Ake. A Japanese rice lager from Matchless Brewing. This brew left us completely surprised with a subtle Sake aftertaste and smooth flavor notes. Our second brew comes from a Trappist monastery in Chimay, Hainaut, Belgium. Chimay is made by Trappist (not traphouse) monks since 1862 and boy howdy is it tasty. Welcome back Brew Crew! On this episode we take the Miracle Berry Challenge. Talk about insane, these things change your tastebuds and turns your sour foods to sweet ones. We try a plethora of sour foods from grapefruit, limes, lemons and a few others. The results will blow your mind! Ah the beer, great glorious beer and this week we tried some very interesting ones. The first beer we had was Slamarillo from Powerhouse Brewing in Puyallup, Washington. Our second beer has probably the most amazing label in the world, an interesting Brown Ale from Against the Grain Brewery out of Louisville, Kentucky called Brown Note.
