Raquel Carter is a Published Author-Illustrator, Blogger, Real-Life Mermaid, Mystic and Founder of the 501{c}{3} Non-Profit Organization, called The Carter Settlement. She created the foundation to leave a bequest after her son was brutally murdered in 2019. She seeks to inspire women to realize their dreams, live in their worth and shares personal life experiences to help facilitate her mission to bring awareness in this age of enlightenment.
