The love we get and the love we need aren’t always aligned. For years I struggled with failed relationships, trying to prove myself worthy, desperate to be seen … until I realized the extent to which it was me begging for my father to see me. In this episode I share how I healed the relationship with my dad, Through uprooting subconscious patterns that were reflecting in my failed relationships. How a recent medicine journey made me realize the extent that I was still harboring resentment. How I stopped choosing men that weren’t choosing me How I changed my expectations on love How I found love of self through it all But it wasn’t easy. If you've found yourself in failed relationships, regardless of gender, this episode might be helpful.  If you are a parent, this episode might be helpful.  Please like, share, rate, subscribe.  Love always, Olivia
Grace Romano aka Graceful_Healing is a light worker who has moved so much energy through my body that our last session had us both screaming, fervently. While some might call this massage, I call it intuitive bodywork. Grace uses her intuition to track where energy needs to move in the body. Using different practices like cupping, hot stone, and traditional massage, the work I've done with her has tapped into incredibly energetic release ... On this episode, you'll learn about the power of healing through the body. Less spa massage more psychedelic, without any substance aside from some palo Santo, sage to clear space and massage oil. When I've been on Grace's table, I've literally been transported to different realms. And in my journey, she has been incredibly impactful in helping my physicality move through old wounding and eliminate trauma through the body. For more information on Grace, find her on IG at @graceful_healing23 or via her website, here.
