I am Criss Madrigal, a proud Californian by birth and a person deeply connected to my Mexican roots. Having spent a significant portion of my childhood in Mexico, I cherish the invaluable experiences and immersion in my vibrant culture that it provided. I am blessed to be married to an incredibly supportive partner, whose unwavering presence and encouragement is a gift. In 2009, my heartfelt wish was granted, and I was given the incredible gift of motherhood to a remarkable boy. Two years later, in 2011, our family was blessed with the arrival of identical twin girls, bringing us even closer together. As a united and devoted family unit, we have embarked on a profound journey of love, care, and support, embracing the unique needs of each of our children with unwavering dedication. Driven by a profound desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, I wholeheartedly pursued my passion and became a certified life and mindset coach. Alongside my coaching practice, I am also a corporate mom and human resources professional, dedicating the past 18 years of my career to a Fortune 500 organization. With a profound passion for empowering women, my purpose is to facilitate transformative journeys that encompass the mind, heart, and body. I am dedicated to guiding women towards a harmonious transformation that brings peace, love, and abundance into their lives. By helping them break through self-imposed barriers, such as mom guilt, overwhelm, and burnout, I assist them in attaining a daily state of clarity, balance, and confidence. Through prioritizing their own well-being, they are empowered to uncover their true purpose and achieve their desired goals in life. My mission is to empower women worldwide by reminding them of their innate capacity for greatness and success. I firmly believe that the key to unlocking these achievements lies within each and every woman. Through my work, I strive to ignite the inner fire and unleash the boundless potential that resides within them, inspiring women to recognize their own power and achieve extraordinary heights. My name is Sandra Nunez, I am a first-gen Mexicana who recently graduated with her Bachelor's in Sociology. I am part of the 3% of former foster youth that made it to college, and I am proud of my educational journey and the many doors it has opened for me, but more so the doors I opened by sharing my story. I quickly noticed that "the invite to have a seat at the table" wasn't coming, so I decided to begin using my platform to talk about education and empowerment. We must be the ones to create these spaces for ourselves as well as those we are paving the way for. Education has changed my life in so many ways for example increased confidence, gained knowledge, the ability to network, I feel empowered by those who believe in me, and I learned how powerful my story truly is. Coming from a world where education was never talked about, I am blessed that I have been able to continue my journey and create a healthy cycle for my kids, I changed the narrative for my family, and that’s a big deal. My passion is spreading empowerment and how education can be a transformative experience. Many will say “it is a waste of time,” but many more will say it has helped them flourish into cycle breakers, and we are contributing to the much-needed representation in academia. See, we’re not just doing it for us were doing it for the many others that don’t feel “they have what it takes” or “feel like they do not belong”. You belong, we belong, we all belong, college is a possibility. Links of your social media platforms: @educatedchingona @chingonaology. Julie became a teen-Mom at age 16, she dropped out of school, had a second baby at age 19 and became a single Mom shortly after – the father of her daughters passed away. She worked hard, got her GED, and went back to college and completed 2 years. She finally secured a job for the County of Los Angeles. Fast forward to today, she is married, has 3 daughters, and two glamsons (she’s too young to have any “grand” children). She hit top pay in her career in County but knew there was more to life than working a 9-5. Having gone through what it feels to lose the father of her daughters, she understand the need to protect families from financial hardship. She is passionate about helping families in any way she can, especially in building wealth and protecting their finances. https://www.instagram.com/juliethefinancier/
Marisol is a successful mother wife and entrepreneur. At the age of 17 she decided to have my daughter and even though she knew I’d struggle, Marisol figured she was not alone. Throughout her life her parents taught her many moral and principals to go by. They taught her that character spoke volume. At a young age she began to work and learn to sale goods. Didn’t matter what the object was, everything had a purpose. All these lessons led to todays success. She consider herself very successful because of the health, love and compassion I’ve gained.
