We decided to go to Nana’s Mystic Pizza and Bakery to film another episode of our café show and out of the blue someone began chatting with us. It turned out to be a great conversation and made us remember that it’s not about forcing content but going with the flow and enjoying ourselves.

I once had a fire that was ongoing. It was put out. I let that consume me. But, I had to learn how to accept that we need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable sometimes. Yesterday was July 4th.
