I've been off the radar for a couple of months but after an enlightening weekend I am back!
Take a trip down memory lane to the 90's.  I was in 4th or 5th grade and apparently had free reign to ride my bike all over god's green earth.  Listen to one of my more embarrassing moments from elementary school in today's episode!

Hi! Its been a while friends. I needed a few days but I am back with a ton of cool stuff! Today's episode I welcome singer/song writer; Alice Merton to the studio. Alice and her band are super nice and they performed her song, "No Roots' live for me! In a former life I was a television news reporter and one of the friends I made was meteorologist Tracy Hinson! Although she lives all the way out in Portland, Oregon now we still stay connected; so today she joined me on the podcast to fill us in on what she's been up to!
