I hope everyone, including the hosts, realize how many times the Constitution has been violated and no one held accountable, in fact, they're rewarded, under Obama and Biden Administrations against Donald Trump (love him or hate him, he's an American citizen and president) and regular citizens. The ATF, FBI, DOJ, CIA, are all out of control now!
They need to change their podcast name imo. Imagine your child, mother, brother or friend disappeared and is found murdered and justice never came and then it's discussed in a show called My Favorite Murder ??
Please make it more clear what is fiction and non-fiction with these ads

I think our overuse of solitary confinement is a huge waste of money, like you said at the end.

Love you guys been listening for years. I am a long time activist against institutional child abuse, and have been working with Angie & Gracie Solomon. Please look into the Grant Solomon case & what happened to his sister, Gracie. At the very least the case needs to be investigated, and Gracie should be believed.
Holy moly
Prior record, enough said.
I don't think I will ever be able to tell the two of you apart 😅
I really don't think it's healthy to have to have your spouse's email password. boundaries are really ok in a relationship. lol
My heart goes out to the family. Something stood out to me, and it was Morgan's message to her mom about going to sleep and calling them in the morning. This is my opinion, so don't come for me, but that was a huge indicator she did not intend to return to the hotel. She planned on hanging out with the two men. Parents "believe" they know their children, but unfortunately, they often don't. I worked with teens, and I was always surprised at how different the teens acted when they came by themselves than when their parents were present. It was mind-blowing. I have three children and accepted this painful fact early on that my kids are not who I think they are. Either way, this is every parent's worse nightmare, and I hope Morgan's family can heal enough to push forward because I can only imagine they will never move on or get over it.
I normally love these guys, as they are usually totally unbiased. However, this whole episode is just victim blaming. Really disappointed.x
I love that your talking about the issue of solitaire confinement. now address the issue of being on parol. and not being to live a life and in one minute going back to jail for simple issues. can't make it to your appointment and now going back to jail.
I can't believe what this poor woman went through at the hands of someone who merely wanted control over her. The devil was truly wearing sheeps clothing on this one. The other thing that infuriated me was he used his power as a Dr to do this! So glad investigators were tenacious enough to get him. Bet he's not smiling anymore!
I think it shows Janice's good character that she goes out of her way to notify all her ex-sexual partners to notify them of her infection status. Its not an easy thing to do. But she did the right thing, contacting. all those who could be involved.
