This special episode features a member of my support group, Kate. She discusses her journey around narcissistic abuse, her experience with an overt and covert narcissist and her family background.
In this episode I share my top 6 tips to help you navigate your healing journey after narcissistic abuse. Whether you have recently left your relationship/marriage or whether you have been out for a while these tips are foundational practices and perspectives to help you navigate your journey with more ease and understanding.
In this episode I share some of the most common warning signs that we experience during narcissistic abuse. Some of these most common warning signs include: the relationship moving too quickly, ghosting/cold shoulder, white lies and their stories not adding up, lacking empathy, having two sets of rules, being highly sensitive to criticism, poor boundaries and general disrespectful behaviour.
In this episode I explore the idea of how narcissistic abuse is the catalyst to coming home to ourselves. For so many of us we spend so many years of our life feeling alone, lonely and isolated from the world around us. Part of what made us attractive to narcissistic individuals is this deep longing for us to be loved, accepted and to feel part of something. We felt rejected, bullied and criticised in childhood that we self abandon and reject ourselves, which is actually why we feel this deep disconnect in our lives. In this episode I share some powerful questions to ask yourself and provide tools to help you on your journey to reconnect to yourself. The longest relationship that we will ever have is the relationship we have with ourselves, yet most of us are living with this emotional inner turmoil where we carry guilt, shame and resentment for ourselves. Narcissistic abuse is the catalyst that allows us to create a new and powerful relationship with ourselves.
In this episode I explore the key traits and red flags of someone who has narcissistic personality disorder.
In this episode I share with you some of my intentions behind creating this podcast and why I believe inner healing and transformation after narcissistic abuse is so important.
In this episode I chat with narcissistic abuse thriver Jacqui about her story and her journey with narcissistic abuse.

just came to find you to say thankyou. I've just started listening to your podcasts on Spotify. Your tone is so comforting to listen to, as Well as your content being spot on. I'm 6 weeks out of the relationship since discovering the relationship was narcissistic abuse and only 2 weeks of full no contact. So leaps and bounds on where i was. But still feeling like I'll never be ok or healed... So just listening to what I can to feel that comfort, your podcasts were like you've lived exactly what I have which is so comforting to know I'm not alone and there is help
