A fellow Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner got me listening to you and I love, love, love your podcast. I was extremely hurt you and Ben put down what we do. Yes, it sounds weird, but so do a lot of ideas the guest you have on do. Research Terence Bennet Reflex points, Riddles Reflex points, Chapman reflex points and lingual neuro testing. it is amazing how using these points in a functional evaluation and by placing a food or toxin on ur tongue for 15 seconds will tell u what your body does or doesn't need. I eat very clean but no matter how hard I try i can't loss 40 extra pounds. most of my points had no reaction until it came to the thymus and i couldn't bend over and touch my toes, I was about 6 inches off the floor and this is not a point to push on depending on pressure placed on it. after tasting a supplement to support these issues, in 15 sec I could touch the floor and 30 minutes after swallowing these supplements to support thymus and histamine I could but my hands flat on the floor. since then I have been working with foods to support these lymph system point. I'm losing inches after 5 years of struggle.. my pain went from a 9 to a 2 on these points. I was blown away and now I am helping others "listen" to their bodies needs thus its likes and dislikes. I'm so glad I joined the NTA and this learning style. no biohacking here, just real food choices. u can LNT with pineapple, salmon, or salt as u body's needs change so can ur reflexes. I not a writer but I'm working on clearer writing skills. I've been a RN for 24 years and into nutrition for about 16, after my peers could not help me, I turned to nutrition and got my life back. thanks for all u do. I think this is something u would find fascinating. There are a lot of healing modalities that have not been heavily researched and this is one of those. in health Heather Carlile, RN, FNTP

been in the medical field for 26 years, in November I graduated from the NTA as a nutritional therapy practitioner, and doing 2 years of keto opened my eyes to the importantance of salt but this was the icing on the cake, this podcast and his book blew me away. I listened 8 times. thanks

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your podcast. as a new nutritional therapy practitioner and an RN of 24 years. I have used your podcast as inspiration for a few of my Facebook lives and the salt fix blew me away, I listened 8 times and bought the book. this episode I loved also until the virgin shaming. as a l&d nurse and my husband's virgin of 34 year's and seeing all the 11,12, and 13years having sex. I don't think sex is shameful but great and we have learned lots of fun things and have more sex than any of our friends married or not married. we have 6 granddaughters and the implying that promiscuity is a good thing and that being a virgin with no experiance is a bad thing, turned my stomach.
