The thing about complaining is that, in general, is negative. Negative energy that most people don’t always notice. Have you ever walked into a room and the conversation is a bunch of people complaining about the same thing?  One negative comment after another that builds upon itself.  Sometimes it just starts as what was meant to be a venting session of anger or frustration towards a person or recent event, and then it snowballs into a conversation about the end of the world! Look inward towards things you can change and achievable solutions. Realize there are things you can control, your actions, your behavior, your reactions, and responses. #WeeklyChallenge | From Ep 44: Is 32 The New 40?
Evaluate what you're doing with your day. Are you being effective or being efficient? Being EFFECTIVE is about doing the right things, while being EFFICIENT is about doing things right.  I challenge you to write down the 3-6 things you must do today, estimate the time to complete each task and then start a timer for each task. I guarantee you're underestimating or overestimating how long it's taking you to do a task. It's enlightening, it's eye-opening, once you understand where your time is going each day, for each task or project your working on. Allocating the proper time to complete them and being able to complete more in less time, in a more structured way. Now you can reevaluate your day and focus on the most important things. We challenge you folks, if this is something you're looking at, get out there, go looking. Go see a professional, whether it's a, it's a mortgage broker or whether it's a realtor or whether it's some type of somebody in that capacity and find out where you're at, what you got to do. Start Looking, start doing this stuff. Start getting the experience. Start doing these things like everything in life you've got to start doing. We can all sit around and watch 8,000 youtube videos, it don't mean shit, unless you're out there doing. So start doing. And if it's not the right time for whatever reason for you, you got to do this or that. It's okay. You know now, you're not sitting around your house. Well you know we should buy a house, I don't know about our credit,  I don't know if we have enough down. Go see a professional. Go, go see these people. Start doing, go now.
