Johnny and I wanted to take the opportunity to do a follow-up and talk about somethings we did not get to discuss on the panel. Remember to give this a review and share it with a friend. Follow Johnny:Johnny Slicks WebsiteJohnny Slicks InstagramCheck Nick's Book: www.exwarrior.comFollow Nick: Youtube goo.gl/fU8wswFacebook goo.gl/yRT4c4Instagram goo.gl/Pj86BMTwitter goo.gl/yvsRfwWebsite goo.gl/JEfUBd--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/appSupport this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nick-koumalatsos/support
Johnny Slicks was an Armorer in the Marine Corps from 2012 to 2016. He became passionate with grooming products in 2014 but didn’t start hand brewing until 2015. Finding a formula that will not only style hair but promote healthy hair growth became an obsession. It wasn’t until the early months of 2017 when he was able to brew the perfect blend of oils that would set the standard for future products. Johnny Slicks aspires to help and educate everyone through his products and experiences.  Nick and Johnny talk shop, business, and the Marine Corps.Register for VetXpo 2019Follow Johnny:Johnny Slicks WebsiteJohnny Slicks InstagramCheck Nick's Book: www.exwarrior.comFollow Nick:Youtube goo.gl/fU8wswFacebook goo.gl/yRT4c4Instagram goo.gl/Pj86BMTwitter goo.gl/yvsRfwWebsite goo.gl/JEfUBd--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/appSupport this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nick-koumalatsos/support

Maybe the the next step is right in front of you and you can’t see it. Maybe we need a coach. Maybe we need to phone a friend. The point is, you’re not stuck, your perception is off. Fix it and solve the problem! Not taking action is 100% NOT going to fix it. But, any action will make forward progress.Read the book here: www.exwarrior.comCheck out www.vetxpo.com--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/appSupport this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nick-koumalatsos/support

My Book Excommunicated Warrior: https://goo.gl/nCVmD4 (signed copies) Amazon: https://goo.gl/NZ6GyL   November 1st, 2018 we published my book Excommunicated Warrior: 7 Stages of Transition. I wanted to break it down and give you guys and gals a little bit of history of how it came to be. As well as what the book is actually about. As human beings, we will inevitably go through a life-changing event at some point in our life. It could be losing a job of 20 years, finalizing a divorce, being forced to retire early because of an injury, or leaving the military. These life-changing events can have disastrous effects on us and the people around us. Some of us never work through these events and end up unhappy and stuck in life. This happened to Nick when he left a 12-year career as a Marine Raider with the Marine Corps Special Operations Unit. For years, he was stuck with feelings of anger, indifference, and bitterness. Until he finally decided to take action and apply the skills he learned as a Raider and got to work on solving his personal problems.  --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/appSupport this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nick-koumalatsos/support
