Paul has been immersed in the Health and Wellbeing space since 2003, with extended experience in strength and conditioning, calisthenics, mobility, and stress management. Paul’s approach to training is ‘client first’ training. His experience training hundreds of people over the years has taught him that balance is the key ingredient to progress. Strength means very little without space and vice versa. It has been Paul’s mission to explore and negotiate the dynamic nature of life to move forward through movement, mind, and heart.
Kerri Sackville is an Australian author, columnist, and social commentator. Her work has appeared in numerous publications including The Sunday Times UK, SBS Life, http://news.com.au , mamamia.com, The Australian Women’s Weekly, and Prevention Magazine. A long-time contributor to the Sydney Morning Herald, Melbourne Age and Sunday Life magazine, Kerri’s columns are regularly amongst the most widely read across the sites. Kerri has written five works of non-fiction and contributed to three anthologies. Her latest book is The Secret Life of You: How a bit of alone time can change your life, relationships, and maybe the world (Pantera, 2023). Craig Harper is one of Australia’s leading presenters, writers and educators in the areas of health, high-performance, resilience, self-management, leadership, corporate change, communication, stress management, addiction and personal transformation. Craig has been an integral part of the Australian health and fitness industry since 1982 and in that time has worked as an Exercise Scientist, Corporate Speaker, Consultant, University Lecturer, AFL Conditioning Coach, Radio Host, TV Presenter, Writer and successful Business Owner. Gary Laderman is a professor of American religious history and cultures At Emory University. He teaches and writes about death and dying, religion and sexuality, and sacred drugs. He is the author of Don’t Think About Death: A Memoir on Mortality. Jordan Weizman is an accredited canine behaviourist and trainer and is the founder of chilled & Fulfilled. Chilled & fulfilled are driven by their motto “ teaching people, transforming dogs” and are determined to improve the lives of humans and their dogs through an education in canine psychology, communication, leadership. Jordan’s interest in dog training began in 2011 when he adopted his first dog who came with a range of behavioural issues. Jordan been working with dogs professionally since 2021 and primarily works with older dogs with behavioural issues such as pulling and leading on walks. Over excitement, aggression, persistent barking, destructive behaviour and separation anxiety to name a few… last year Jordan resigned from the police force after 9 years to pursue a career as a canine professional in the pet dog space. He is loving his new life and the the challenges that come with running a business for the first time. Siobhan Lou is a Breathwork Meditation Healer, all the way from the Scottish Highlands! After involving herself in a few Breathwork classes in Bali—whilst working as a head trainer/coach at a functional training facility—she was deeply moved and is now inspired to help others gain a greater sense of self-awareness, practice being mindful and reconcile with past traumas and “stuck energy”, having completed her Healing training in New Mexico, USA. Lissy Abrahams is an individual and couples psychotherapist. She was one of four candidates selected into a 4-year couples psychotherapy Masters in London at the world-renowned institute, Tavistock Relationships. Later, she tutored and lectured here. Lissy returned to Sydney, and founded the Sydney-based therapy clinic, Heath Group Practice. She works with clients around the world, has held positions on several psychotherapy associations, and has published academically. Nathalie completed a Bachelor of Clinical Science in 1999 followed by a Master of Health Science 2001 at Victoria University. Over the past 20 years, Nathalie has worked alongside some notable Osteopaths along the eastern side of Australia - from Launceston to the Gold Coast and Sydney before settling back home in Melbourne in 2012. From a sporting background, Nathalie has enjoyed providing Osteopathic care to local sports teams. Nathalie’s Osteopathic interests have evolved down the path of the Biodynamics of Osteopathy. Under the guidance of its founder, Dr James Jealous, and several other osteopathic teachers, Nathalie uses these principles into her Osteopathic treatment. She is also part of a national study group and teaching collective that shares osteopathic wisdom to students and osteopaths alike.
