today is about an experience we face daily, ADHD, and pediatric anxiety! one of the hardest areas of health and wellness is when it becomes a mental aspect! Today I share our families journey about our boy with emotional disregulation and about our journey into pharmacotherapeutics! Medicarion can be one piece but what comes along with it is what we all muat consider as we move through it!
This year has felt as if our freedoms of enjoying our lives has been taken away, but i believe we all have the power to change our mindset! Maybe 2020 brought us some key gifts! When we learn to let go of what was and accept what is, we can master our dreams! take today and celebrate all your successes gained through a pandemic year!
An amazing thing can happen when you learn to shift into your dysfunction! Health and wellness begins internally- far before disease sets in! The body does an amazing job in trying to sustain health, but sometimes at the cost of hormonal health! To begin working on feeling good , we must find a way to heal holistically from psychological to physiological aspects of disease!
Recognize where your feeling emotionally powerless and allow that to brighten the specific areas you need to strengthen at best!

Mental health can change our physical selves! Let’s break down the borders of perfectionism and start showing the world our worth again!
Find a new way to make today the greatest thing! It’s not what you know, it’s what you don’t yet know, that changes your life!
Create small habits and practice attaching them to something every single day! It’s about putting the time aside to make the habit become a routine!
The craving and obsession to something can be renewed once you choice your offer it up! Renunciation removes the power of possessiveness.
Music is a vehicle to an inner experience and a simple turn up or turn off- can redirect you to what you need to get through! Create your get up and go playlist for a new start experience! Fight till you see the sunlight, words of a song to carry you along!
Know the fundamentals of who you are to remember in times of why you started!
A thought in 80/20 really has me finding simplicity is key, especially through the exhaustion of covid 19
