Steve Weigel is the founder of the Ivy Brand, an incredible and diverse group of people centered around Adventure, Community and Belonging. Since launching IVY Adventures they have taken trips to Colorado, California, Tulum, British Virgin Islands as well as a M.A.D. (Make A Difference) trip to Thailand. Steve is also in the process of launching a new streetwear brand, Make Fear a Stranger, because FEAR holds you back from PURPOSE.
Celine Gregory is the owner of Aska Pet Spa & Boutique, canine esthetician and entrepreneur. She grew up working in the family business of Keys Café & Bakery that her grandma founded in 1973. From that experience Celine grew an understanding of hiring employees, managing money and the countless other numerous tasks it takes to run a business. From that experience Celine was able to apply it to start a dog grooming business, Aska Pet Spa & Boutique, located in St. Paul, Minnesota. When Celine is not grooming dogs or making business moves, she likes to spend her time studying to become a Master Herbalist and Holistic Pet Nutritionist.

Matt Dembosky is a copyrighter, strongman competitor and low-key comedian. Matt's initial introduction to copywriting began in a professional writing class in college. From thinking copywriting was for lawyers to working for a Fortune 500 company, Matts's diverse working experience has helped propel him to understand the user experience in a way some cannot achieve. He also likes to spend his day picking heavy stuff up and making peoples stomach hurt not from an ab workout, but from laughter.
Joe Grunnet is the founder of DRG. In 7th grade, Joe started his first business mowing lawns and made a pitch to the bank for his initial equipment investment. From that point forward Joe has been involved in various entrepreneurial endeavors and jobs building up his skill sets. Ultimately leading up to the founding of DRG in 2007. Together, Joe and DRG have an unrivaled focus on the Minneapolis market and strive to become the realtor in the city of Minneapolis by 2030.
Jeff Bull is a brand director and entrepreneur. He spent most of his early years being raised in Italy and made the move to the US at the age of six, which landed him in Oregon. Five days after graduating high school, Jeff moved to Boise for a few months and narrowed down a few places to enroll in college - one being Northwestern College in the Twin Cities. Since college, Jeff has invested 15+ years creating, partnering and working with startups and mid-sized companies. His passion is building and growing brands that capture people's attention…. as well as taste buds ;)
Ryan Christians is a cinematographer and entrepreneur. Ryan first picked up a camera to create gaming videos for YouTube back in middle school. From there, Ryan began vlogging with a GoPro to then buying a DSLR. Eventually taking on his first paid project in high school for a flooring company. Over the years Ryan grew his skills as a cinematographer to become full-time. He is also an advocate for mental health and continues to share his journey to raise awareness and support others.
Tyler Hanson is a software engineer and entrepreneur. Since kindergarten Tyler has wanted to be a “business person”. Instead of going to college he went into sales, selling knives and met a mentor that really planted the seed in his head not to limit yourself and that anything is possible. Fast-forwarding a few years Tyler came across HTML from working on SEO for his website and got hooked building web pages. While he loves development, design and consulting, his goal is to create amazing products that impact the world through software.
Marissa Pieper is a brand strategist, designer and owner of Betwixt Brands + Design. During college Marissa majored in digital communications with a focus on graphic design. After taking a class focused on branding, Marissa fell in love with the process and purpose. This led her to start Betwixt Brands + Design, where Marissa helps entrepreneurs build their business so that they can do what they love to do. She combines her love for art, design, and psychology (and a sprinkle of linguistics) to create a holistic branding process curated to each client and their personality.
Jaylen Lemna is a full-time reseller and entrepreneur. He started reselling in high school through his desire to buy more shoes for himself and identifying that he could resell them on eBay for a profit. Once Jaylen entered college reselling was not a major focus… until he remembered how much he enjoyed the process and eventually was able to go full-time through consistently sourcing and listing items that would sell.
Kris Lindahl is the owner of Kris Lindahl Real Estate, a best selling author and a nationally recognized speaker. Most known for his signature billboard pose, Kris can’t be missed when traveling through the Twin Cities. During our time we talked about how real estate has changed in today's world, what it means to be a true leader and how to provide a next-level customer experience. Hayden Fulstone is the Co-Founder of Liquid IV, Business Advisor for Cultivate Advisors and Board Member of Craft Mix Cocktails. Hayden started Liquid IV with two college buddies after drinking a child hydration drink to help a hangover. After many iterations of the supplement, Liquid IV has grown into a brand that has donated over 2,000,000+ servings and has collaborated with individuals like Steve Aoki for a Strawberry Cake flavor and Justin Bieber for a "Yummy" flavor (Guava Hibiscus). Hayden’s time is now applied to advising businesses through Cultivate Advisors, as well as Liquid IV and spending time with friends & family.

Andrew Inserra & Declan Brown are the hosts of The Backpocket Podcast. The podcast started three years ago with a $40 mic and a love for podcasts. Moving into their junior year of college, they started the podcast and titled it The Backpocket, meaning safe, tucked away and there when you need it. Over time, their mission of highlighting stories of success from ordinary, average people doing the extraordinary has remained the same as the podcast has grown to over 250 episodes. Zach Windahl is the author of The Bible Study and creator of the brand Sunday. From collecting shark teeth and seashells to make into a small necklace business at the age of 7, to now impacting lives around the world through the tools he creates to help others deepen their faith. The journey for Zach started in Australia, studying the Bible for 9 months, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. By the time he was done, he had cultivated 20 pages of notes per book of the Bible, that resulted in over 1,000 pages! When Zach returned, he taught others from those same notes over the span of 9 months. He continually felt compelled to create something with all this gathered information he had and did so in his parents basement back in Minnesota. It took him 9 months to re-write and 3 months to design what is now, The Bible Study. Soon after it was ready to print, he began pitching to investors and talking with friends & family that helped him support his product launch. In late 2019 after a team was established, Zach soon left his previous job and moved down to Miami. Now, The Bible Study has impacted the lives of over 30,000 individuals, and Zach himself continues to uplift and be a positive light in others lives!
Antonio Sundquist is an investor, co-founder of ACTIV and mental health advocate. Mental health is universal in its ability to connect and impact the human race. Antonio’s mission is to become an advocate on mental health and open the door for others to become more vocal on the topic. So far, he has received an abundance of positive feedback from sharing his experiences and monthly events at the Lululemon space in Mall of America. Mental health deserves recognition similar to that of eating healthy and going to the gym. To help bring this to life, Antonio and Ever North will be bringing on guests to share their experiences and open up on all things mental health. Meg Cerney is a certified life coach and business mentor for spiritual women entrepreneurs. Starting her working career as a CPA in the public accounting world, Meg made the transition after 3 years as a CPA to coach women entrepreneurs. Unleashing herself from her previous identity. During her time as a CPA, Meg starting working with other coaches and eventually discovered coaching as an industry she could grow in. Kicking off her career by providing coaching to individuals at no charge and becoming a clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, Meg was soon able to ignite her career as a business coach. Meg’s business is currently focused on helping Female Founders reclaim their authentic voice and UNLEASH an aligned brand online.

Cole Hennen is a creative consultant, entrepreneur and student at the University of St. Thomas. At the age of 10 Cole started his first online business creating a blog about the Minnesota Vikings. He was able to work around some of the age rules in order to start his first business and continued the blog for 4 years, having the opportunity to interview Viking players along the way. Currently, Cole’s business revolves around Pinterest with over 200k monthly viewers, workbooks and creating online courses. His Pinterest account focuses on tips for creative entrepreneurs and his number one tip… is action creates clarity.
