We know in 2018 of March mark Martin was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and hes been dealing abbat throw over a year now while still producing music with the band but unfortunately we got more badd news in this audio from founder and producer/ singer Of the band Mark Martin Of which he States That the guitarist has to go through chemo therapy For cancer And that the drummer Add some sort of a mental breakdown that the band is trying to rally behind him and get him the help needed they expressed that they would love to be back on the air late this year or early next year but also some equipment was broken or stolen From them that was vital for recording so The band has to find some way to replace that equipment So all in all this week has been a bad week for the band And we here at underground music for stoners I praying for their health and hoping to hear new music from them some day but for now we hope they can get the help they need and get healthy again so they can continue to grace us with some of their music he did express also that they were working on a new album that was supposed to be a controversial new album but unfortunately due to the damage or loss Equipment all that entire album was completely wiped out So this really has not been a good week for the guys but as he said there's 9 great albums on this station the people to enjoy and hopefully Be there at the end of this year or hopefully at the beginning of next year though have New material it just depends on how quick they can get the equipment replaced and it also depends on the health of the other band mates --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/marcousvin-productions-ma/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/marcousvin-productions-ma/support

Well this is definitely a curveball absolutely not what you would expect from these guys they went completely away from heavy metal in this album No This album is more of a modern day psychedelic rock album Mark had mentioned that this album was another Album that was inspired by Pink Floyd this album was inspired by pink floyd's the wall, animals, and wish you were here No you will not find remakes of songs and here this is all original material pretty trippy stuff to be honest this is definitely an album you want to be seriously stone for I've listened to it once already this morning and I'm more of a fan of the heavy metal I must say but I think they did a really good job does album and I think I actually really like what they did with this O very trippy psychedelic rock and roll a modern take on 70s Psychedelic Rock So for any Pink Floyd fans I would say in my personal opinion this is right up your alley UPDATED DISCRIPTION: This is a concept album about Mark's struggles with mental health illness he wanted people to know that because he took this album very personal when he did it because he knew he was going to be out of his element And for his whole life he has struggles with mental health Eventually conquering it By being very proactive about his health to this very day he has regiments he has to do medications he has to take He basically said that at the very under this album it's very clear that you can overcome mental health But it takes a lot of work --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/marcousvin-productions-ma/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/marcousvin-productions-ma/support
