Running a business is not an easy feat, and as virtual assistants and freelancers, you're getting paid to run multiple businesses at the same time. Believe me, when I say this, this whole entrepreneur life can be hella hard, you can get VERY anxious, and if you're not careful, you can experience some pretty intense isolation. I talk from experience. By including self-care into your DAILY routine, you are going to be coming to your word much more grounded and ready to focus and make BIG things happen.  Self-care will change your life if you allow it. A great way to incorporate self-care into your work is by creating a welcome packet for your clients. This will allow you to establish boundaries and expectations with your clients. Sometimes it's better to shut out the noise and listen to yourself than to fight through the sea of information out there because the truth is - one blueprint that works for 1 or 100, or 15,000 people may NOT work for you. This episode is for you if you are stuck in a perpetual state of "I'm confused and overwhelmed - I must not be doing this right" thinking.
