This podcast, is for women & men, over 30, who want to achieve success in their fitness journey.

I'll help us do just that by sharing my fitness journey, interview those who've had success in their fitness journey and industry professionals.

In 2015 I launched my blog, ChristiansWeightSuccess.net to answer the question of how I lost 187 pounds.
Currently I am a personal trainer in Peoria, Il. I have my ups and downs in this fitness journey just like you.
