Candyland Podcasts

With a series of 4 minute long interviews, Candyland invites artists to talk about their work and the thoughts behind it. Each chapter presents a particular piece, a project or a series of works. Away from glamorous clichés or the myth of the self-sacrificing genius, the films show individuals in their daily work and offer them the possibility to talk about their creative processes.
Jean Ploteau and Alvaro Campo, the producers and film makers hope to demystify the creative process and to make contemporary art more accessible to a wider public. Their ambition is to use popular and democratic channels to show artists at work and to support contemporary art´s role in today´s society : to inspire and encourage reflection, to put individuals in contact with each other and to foster the development of new ideas.
