Starting yoga was just the beginning. Yoga led her to nutritional cleansing and healing her body on a whole new level. Finding freedom in her body lead her to helping others find this same freedom and took a leap of fate to dedicate to her self to this path full time. His why is simple, after being overweight losing his dad , little brother, mother and friends from tragic deaths, he hit rock bottom of depression, alcoholism, multiple addictions and extremely destructive behavior made him end up homeless, if it wasn't for the support of a holistic coach who reached out for him, and gave him a chance to get back on the right track he would probably still be homeless if not worst, after receiving that help he decided he owed the universe so he payed it back doing the same through free coaching and support by giving people who need it the most a vehicle and the right tools to succeed.
