I saw a post on Facebook and it triggered some thoughts in me. I do not think we are meant to be alone and learn how to survive without relationships. I think that we need to emphasize and create spaces where we can have better relationships. I understand that people have been hurt and are hurting but the solution is not to embrace an individualistic approach. There is nothing wrong with desiring relationships and someone to lean on.

Creating spaces for loving correction.
I am hereby advocating for men to have more spaces where they can also be vulnerable and not find harsh judgement but loving correction and guidance, because that's what any human being needs in life.
Men are also the prize and their burden is just as heavy. Equality means giving equal consideration to their challenges and how we can be better together, not just in the workspace/corporate world but also as human to human.
The boys watching today will be the men of tomorrow.
