During this time, several became interested in what he did and decided to mentor him in becoming more than just a typical bodyguard. In the last 16+ years, he has become a leadership speaker, financial coach, a branding specialist, and a Power Entrepreneur. His unique style is shown not only as a creative solutions provider, but also as a business who strongly believes in adding value to others. His "hero building" approach to team building also helps in showing your team, clients, and employees how they can work in a spirit of excellence and keep a smile on their own faces as they provide outstanding customer service. As a business coach, the number one lesson he has learned is that a business owner or entrepreneur can never raise their business beyond the current level of the owner's mindset. Raise the mindset, and you raise your business to a higher standard.
