We may be isolated from most of the outside world, but we still have beer! This week we're reviewing Coriolis Effect from New Image Brewing out of Colorado. It's jam-packed with Motueka and Citra hops, creating a blend of melon and tropical fruits with a pillowy-soft mouthfeel. Are you ready to get sour? We were at our local bottle shop and happened upon a Russian River beer that we see even less than Pliny: Consecration, a sour dark ale aged in cabernet barrels. Just like every other Russian River beer, Consecration brings the flavor. Lot's of flavor.
