Praying for them is your Spiritual duty. You have been entrusted with their well being and future like a shepherd is entrusted with the sheep he or she is told to look after. Are you a good shepherd to your students? Are you bringing their futures and matters to God in prayer? Human counsel and teaching has its limits in molding a child in the way he or she should go. Are you going to where you can move beyond those limits and help every child that you're entrusted with? Are you taking their lives before God in prayer? John 10:12 KJV But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

As a teacher, to cope with the demanding nature of the job and be able to be mentally, physically, and spiritually able to be strong everyday and be able to give your best; you should set aside 30 minutes to 60 minutes everyday to unwind. I mean you should have: Just YOU time. A time to enjoy yourself far away from the stress of any student or duties from the job.
