To address a previous comment about this content being unqualified advice, the hosts state their “surgeon general’s warning” at the beginning of every single episode, that they admit they are not mental health professionals and this is not professional advice - they are their thoughts and opinions on life, love and relationships. It’s clear that they both have immeasurable experience in therapy and they are sharing what works for them, all the while consistently recommending listeners to reach out to actual licensed mental health providers.

Although I think this podcast comes from a good place; and the podcasters are intelligent, they are not qualified to give advice.
