On this episode, Cameron sits down to talk Instagram with Candice Morales. Candice is an Instagram Coach and most recently has become a Brand Strategist with the Sell It Like Serhant Group, which is a HUGE endorsement to her skills. Candice is a licensed REALTOR(R) based out of Las Vegas Nevada, but she specifically focuses in on her niche which is coaching REALTORS(R) on how to build a brand and community utilizing Instagram. As a coach she runs a program called The Social Agent where she does a deep dive with her students on how to use all the different tools that are available on the platform. In this episode we are honorarily changing the name of this podcast to The "Womaning Up On Real Estate Podcast" in honor of our guest Lindsay Gowan! We are excited to have Lindsay join us on this episode, because Lindsay stands for everything that we preach both on this Podcast and in real life. Lindsay started her Real Estate Journey similar to many others and that is through hearing about a Real Estate Seminar where they were teaching attendees how to properly invest in real estate. She (unlike many others) took what she learned and started to implement the strategies right away. Over time through building herself a portfolio of properties, she was approached by her now team leader Justin Konikow to see if she would be interested in becoming a REATLOR®. Lindsay discusses how she was very hesitant at first to become an agent as she had some bad experiences in the past that was deterring her from becoming an agent. However, she decided to become and agent after all and discovered how rewarding it can be to help others with their investment journeys. Lindsay now heads up the Investment Division at her Brokerage, focusing on investor clients and utilizing her design background to help them maximize their returns through staging and design. Here is an exciting interview! Cameron sat down with Hip Hop Icon Chad "Ap" Bromley better known in the music industry as "Apathy". Apathy has been a recording artist who has been touring the world for more than 24 years, after discovering his love for the genre at a very young age. Hip Hop was something that he and his father would bond over as his parents had him at a young age. We learn that when Apathy becomes interested in learning something, he becomes an absolute student of it. This is how he grew as an artist, by studying all those who came before him in depth... How they wrote their rhymes, produced the beats, distributed the music, etc. Because of this, Apathy has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry such as: Snoop, Nas, Busta, Linkin Park, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Pharoahe Monch, Cypress Hill and a lot more. He was also signed to Atlantic Records himself, but later went and launched his own recording studio called Dirty Version Records. So what does Hip Hop and Real Estate have to do with one another? In this interview, Apathy talks about how he and his partner were making all of  money while producing records and touring the world and they weren't really doing anything with it. Now that Ap is a father and has a family, he and his best friend / business partner decided to start investing in Real Estate. One of the biggest problems they faced was the Agents they were working with were not up to their standard. Apathy figured he could do it better than them, and like his Hip Hop Journey he became a student of Real Estate. Apathy got his license as an Agent and has become on of the top REALTORS(R) in Connecticut. This has become a new found love working in this industry and helping people buy or sell their homes has given him a new passion. Like producing music, Apathy is now at the top of his game as a top producing REALTOR(R), and as with connecting with the biggest names in Hip Hop, he is building a network of top agents from across the globe! Apathy is world wide! Now Apathy is nowhere near done as a Hip Hop Artist though. He just released a new studio Album this year during the pandemic. That album is called "Where the River Meets the Sea". This is a DEEP album that is mixed with the emotions of his fathers passing and he himself becoming a father.
