Hi!!! I’ve missed recording the podcast so I decided to come back...a little! I took a break from the podcast for a lot of reasons, most of which I’ve come to terms with. But I’ve missed sharing my Kiri Keys and I wanted to start again, but I’m still trying to figure out what that looks like. In the meantime, I want so share some of my #selfcaresunday notes here to go alongside my weekly videos on IGTV. After a short hiatus, Kiri Keys Podcast is back! After losing my voice for a week or so and enjoying the last days of summer, I decided to take a break before the fall starts. I GOT THE KEYS!!!
