How many times have you found yourself beating yourself up for the mistakes you make and/or doubting yourself and your abilities?  It's okay, we all have.  But there is a great quote that will take you into the mind of champions and will help you to develop mental strength that can't be broken. It's time we start taking back our life, achieving our goals, achieving our dreams, and master the one life we are blessed enough to have.  Buckle in because it's time to take control and master your life.  Original blog post here: Follow My Blog: Microphone: Audio Interface:

I think we can all agree that this year is going to look a little bit different than most for those who are going back to school this fall. During my time in college, I experienced a wide-variety of mental health related illnesses, so I can only imagine how that's going to impact others this fall.  Mental health illnesses are already on the rise in American colleges. Now, in the face of a pandemic, students are going to be experiencing even more change than they already were.  In this podcast episode, I share with you the statistics of mental health related illnesses in American colleges and some tips that helped me to manage and cope with depression while I was in school. Are you struggling to manage your mental health and find some sense of normalcy during these hard and challenging times? Here are 7 ways to remain calm during the COVID-19 quarantine. These tips have helped me to find some peace and stillness in a world that is full of chaos and pandemonium, and I know they will do the same for you as well.  The important thing to remember during these challenging times is to remain calm, to keep moving forward with everything you have, and to make the most out of every day of your life. Are you struggling and suffering in life? Here are 3 things that have helped me to suffer less in life.  After years of depression, an eating disorder, anxiety, and six years of always feeling down in life, these are the 3 tips that helped me to get my life back on track. My hope is that it will inspire perhaps just one person to never give up on themselves. If you give up, everything is over. Nobody deserves to live a life in which they suffer, but know that it's your choice and only your choice to change. So invest in yourself, believe in all that you are capable of achieving, and never stop moving forward.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter: Like my Facebook Page:
Tony Robbins once said, "People overestimate what they can accomplish in a year, but underestimate what they can accomplish in two or three decades."  Now, I know you want to achieve your goals and live that successful life you have always envisioned yourself living, but understand that meaningful goals are not easy to accomplish. If they were, everybody would already have the success that they crave.  Set goals for yourself in advance, realize that your goals are going to take time to achieve, and stay motivated. If you set unrealistic goals and don't achieve them, you are only doing yourself more harm than good. So be realistic, set realistic goals, and never stop striving to achieve the things that you want to achieve.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter: Like my Facebook Page:
For the last six years of my life, I have lived with an eating disorder. Today, I want to answer 3 questions that I have been asked about my eating disorder in hopes that it brings awareness to the illness.  If you are going through an eating disorder or any other mental illness, know that there is nothing to be ashamed of. We are all a constant work in progress, and we all have our own flaws. The best thing is to remember that you are already good enough just the way that you are. You don't need to please others, and you don't need to listen to others. Just be yourself and live your best life.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter: Like my Facebook Page:
How do you know what your calling is in life? How do you know what it is that you should be doing, and how do you find the motivation to do so? By listening to your heart. It is you heart that will help you to find your burning desire to change your life.  A burning desire is what will give you motivation when you feel none, it is what will help you to overcome any obstacle that stands in your way, and it will help you to find happiness and joy in life. The burning desire that I had helped me to change my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined, and I know that it will do the same for you.  Today, I am living my best life. I am happier than ever, my relationships are stronger than ever, and my self-confidence is greater than ever. It's all because I had a burning desire to change, and I sought that change.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter: Like my Facebook Page:
Growing up I was told that I was too fat. Yes, I was body-shamed as a make. Mix that with my low athletic ability, and it was like I was begging to be bullied. After listening to the judgement of others, I developed depression and a severe eating disorder. These mental illnesses have, do, and will always be a part of my life. And it is all becuase I listened to others.  This is your one and only life to live. Don't let others body shame you for being different. Strive to be different. Live this amazing gift that you have right in front of you to the fullest, and follow your dreams. Remember, you will never be judged by somebody who is better than you! You can achieve anything and everything that you set out to achieve in life. Is it going to be easy? No. But as long as you never let no become your final answer, you can and will achieve all of your dreams.  You are much more capable than you give yourself credit for. The only difference that separates successful people from those who struggle to find success, is the willingness to fight through when the going gets tough and by never letting no become their final answer. Never give up on yourself, and never stop believing in all that you are capable of achieving.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter: Like my Facebook Page:
Episode #27 The biggest goal setting mistake is when we set our goals too high without having enough experience and confidence. Start small and finish big. Set small goals, realize what it feels like to achieve success, and continue to gain confidence in yourself. The more confidence that you can find, the more successful you are likely to become.  Also, follow through on your commitments. When you don't commit to others, you will fall into the habit of not committing to yourself. Do the things you say you are going to do, hold yourself accountable, and achieve the success you envision yourself achieving.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter:
In this episode of the podcast I give you 4 tips that I use every single day that help me to get more accomplished in the fraction of the time. These are 4 life changing tips that will help you to accomplish success, achieve your dreams, and live your best life. Believe in yourself, stay motivated, stay positive, and follow your dreams.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter:
Episode 24: I recently finished Cant Hurt Me by David Goggins, and I have to say, it is a book that I will never forget. After experiencing more pain in his life than almost anybody, David Goggins was still able to live the meaningful life that he envisioned for himself. Times were rarely ever easy for Goggins. In fact, he would constantly put himself through as much pain as he could to callous his mind.  Aside from this, he realized that when he felt like he couldn't go any further, he was actually only giving 40% of his true potential. He realized that if he could tap into any of that extra 60%, then he could achieve greatness. And that's exactly what he did.  Can't hurt me is a book for anyone who has experienced hurt in their life and is now looking to achieve greatness. It will teach you how to develop your mind, how to overcome any amount of pain that you might be feeling, and how to keep pushing forward when you feel like giving up. If you are looking for extra motivation or extra inspiration to achieve your dreams in life, then this book is for you!  Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds: Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter:
In this episode I talk about talent, and the misconception that you need to be talented in order to achieve your goals. You can be the most talented person, the most successful person, or have achieved the most in the past, but if you don't work hard and if you are not consistent, then you are never going to achieve the things that you are capable of achieving. You need to be willing to work harder than you have ever worked, learn from all of your failures, and get right back up again. That is the only way that you will achieve the things that you want to achieve in life.  Follow my blog: Follow me on Instagram: Follow me on Twitter:

I am new to Podcasts and have had a lot of struggles, especially lately. I searched for motivation and inspiration, but couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for. Then I listened to your “how to achieve impossible goals and dreams”. It was perfect! It was exactly what I was looking for! It had the desired effect and has helped the fire within me burn brighter. I have also been listening to your other episodes. I noticed that you haven’t added anything New since May 24. I have already referred you to several friends. I hope you continue and I greatly look forward to listening to more of your episodes!
