In this episode, we speak to the lovely Delilah Brooks! We chat about growing up in the Bronx, getting into Drag and moving onto an exciting job in Chicago! We sipped on Mikkeller’s Hop A Cab. This IPA is 6% ABV, brewed with barley, oats, and wheat. Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. Hazy notes of melon make this delicious beer delightful. Mikkeller’s Subway Mosaic is also 6% brewed with barley, oats and wheat. It is brewed with Mosaic hops.
